AS-R 自力式安全切断阀


安全切断阀由出口压力来控制 指挥器（导阀）动作，从而实现切断 气体向下游输送的功能。“超压切 断 ”功能即当安全切断阀下游信号 采集点处的压力超出弹簧所设定的 范围后 ，集点处的压力信号反馈给 指挥器（导阀），使指挥器（导阀）活 塞向上移动，从而使拉杆脱扣，重锤 向下冲击撞针 ，撞针向下移动使得 挂钩与翻板脱开 ，翻板向下关闭阀 门，从而切断气体向下游的输送，保 护下游设备及管线的安全。

@ 工作原理 / Working principle

安全切断阀由出口压力来控制 指挥器（导阀）动作，从而实现切断 气体向下游输送的功能。“超压切 断 ”功能即当安全切断阀下游信号 采集点处的压力超出弹簧所设定的 范围后 ，集点处的压力信号反馈给 指挥器（导阀），使指挥器（导阀）活 塞向上移动，从而使拉杆脱扣，重锤 向下冲击撞针 ，撞针向下移动使得 挂钩与翻板脱开 ，翻板向下关闭阀 门，从而切断气体向下游的输送，保 护下游设备及管线的安全。
“ 欠压切断 ”功能即当安全切断 阀下游信号采集点处的压力低于弹 簧所设定的范围后，采集点处的压力 信号反馈给指挥器（导阀），使指挥器 （导阀）活塞向下移动，从而使拉杆脱 扣，重锤向下冲击撞针，撞针向下移 动使得挂钩与翻板脱开，翻板向下关 闭阀门 ，从而切断气体向下游的输 送，保护下游设备及管线的安全。

Safety  on-off  valve  is  controlled  by  the  outlet  pressure  pilot (pilot  valve)  action,  so  as to  cut  off  gas to  the  downstream transport."Super-pressure  on-off"  feature  that  is,  when  the safety on-off valve downstream signal acquisition point pres-sure exceeds the range set  by the spring  collection  point at the pressure signal back to the pilot (pilot valve), the pilot (pilot valve) piston moving up, so that the trolley trip, hammer down the impact of the firing pin and firing pin moves down makes disengage the hook and flap, flap valve is closed down, there- by cutting off  gas to the  downstream transport,  protection  of downstream equipment and pipeline safety.

"Undervoltage   lockout"  function   safety  on-off valve   down-stream  signal  acquisition  at  the   point  of  pressure  is  lower than the range set by the spring collection point at the pres-sure signal back to the pilot (pilot valve), the pilot (pilot valve) the piston moves down, so that the trolley trip, hammer downthe impact of the firing pin and firing pin moves down makes disengage  the  hook  and  flap,  flap  valve  is  closed  down,thereby  cutting  off  the  gas  to  the  downstream  conveyor  to prevent  energy  waste  and   not  safe  transport,   protection  ofdownstream equipment and pipeline safety.
