“Axial flow”describes the in-line symmetrical flow path between the valve inner and outer body before the flow reaches the trim zone,with the free flow path was streamlined and symmetrical, reducing the local high speed flow of the fluid, turbulence,jet stream, such as shock, and to improve the stability of the valve.
1、轴流式调节阀具有光滑流道的轴流式设计,使得阀门内部阻力很小,单位直径上的流通能力非常强,同时 噪音低,振动小。平衡阀芯设计使得阀门所需扭矩与阀前后压差无关。阀体整体铸造减少了泄漏点,而且严 密性很强,刚度好,阀门重量很小。根据用户工艺条件,优化套筒的设计,使得阀门的控制范围便大,噪音降 低,控制能力加强。阀门操作可靠,并且可以长时间无需维护。
Axial flow design with smooth flow path which has less internal resistance, higher capacity, lower noise and less vibrations. The balanced plug design, results in a differential pressure independent of operating thrust. The overall casting body design minimises leakage points and valve weight, increase valve striltness and rigidity customer application optimised cage design results in low noise and good controllability with high rangeability. The robust construction provides a reliable operation for a long time and no need of maintenance.

Axial control valve is a rugged, low maintenance high performance valve, the design increase total efficiency over a wide range of control valve applications. The in-line and symmetrical flow path eliminates indirect flows and unnecessary changes in direction through the valve.
This results in significant reductions in noise and turbulence. The axial design provides the highest capacity per diameter compared to conventional designs.
3、轴流阀的套筒四周均匀分布小孔。这种设计的轴流式阀体保证流体均匀分布。通过套筒上的孔流出的流 体集中在阀门的径向,使流体阀门轴线上做冲击相互抵消,在不接触阀体和阀门的其它部件的情况下,流 体本身的能量在套筒内部消散,因此,减压是通过套筒来进行的。该设计控制流速,消除磨损和振动 ,适合 天然气和石油的控制。
Axial control valves are equipped with a cage provided with multiple holes uniformly distributed over the full circumference. This design combined with the axial flow body concept ensures that the fluid is evenly distributed. The multitude of flow jets is diametrically opposed.
Consequently, the energy is dissipated in the centre of the valve by impingement. The energy dissipation is achieved in the fluid itself and in the cage and not near the body surface of any other valve component.Therefore the pressure con-version is done in a controlled manor in the area of the valve which is designed to do this. This design controlled velocity, eliminat-ing erosion and vibration are fit for gas andliquid applications.
